A year or so ago I went to Leigh fisheries on the coast at Leigh out from Walkworth. They export line-caught fish. The Snapper that I photographed there was the best I have managed to source. The colour and perfection of the image I ended up with are stunning. I wanted to create an image that was really beautiful but had a subtle message about how we treat our oceans. A pristine fish in a crumpled paper bag was perfect.
